A builder with over 20 years of experience, her knowledge of the necessary balance that impacts brand led conversations is second to none. She works directly with Founder/CEOs and growth stage start ups to scale in the areas of business development, capital intake and growth strategy.

Senior PartnerSarah Zapp is the Founder and CEO of Beyond Board, an award winning journalist and a relationship curator. She was named as a “Women to Watch” by one of the largest private investment banks - Brown Brothers Harriman.
Sarah has built Beyond Board into a powerful company and community of today’s most impressive board directors and C-suite executives. She works with top investors and major public and private companies to place and engage with today’s best diverse board directors and executive talent.
She also advises, consults and sits on the board of advisors for various start-ups. She’s a a speaker and panelist on the topic of building relationships and board diversification, recently featured at national TED Women’s conference, Goldman Sachs Women’s Symposium and Harvard Business Review.
